Unlike with the previous generation where Sawgrass inks didn’t meet our expectations according to performance and durability, this new production line uses Epson SC F6200 printer combined with Epson Ultrachrome DS inks. According to Wilhelm Imaging Research it has an estimated lifetime of 65 years under specific conditions. Furthermore, the new ChromaLuxe EXT panels, offer better performance, UV protection and more neutral white base layer.

ChromaLuxe is the leader of high definition surfaces. The manufacturing process for aluminium panels, uses the latest technology to provide the highest quality. Through the process of dye sublimation, images are infused directly into the specially coated emulsion. No papers, adhesives or other materials are used. So they are not affected by extreme temperatures, heat or moisture.

The aluminium is only 1.2mm thick and extra lightweight. This is a great advantage while hanging on the wall or shipping. Each has the appropriate hanging system on the backside so it is ready to be hanged! Metal Print will be your best option for hotel, office, restaurant, and home interior decoration, as long as signage, art applications and photographic exhibitions.

All of our print services and products have a lifespan more than 50 years as this is defined by the manufacturers, provided that they maintained under strict conditions such as indoor space, no sunlight or radiation, 20˚C – 28˚C temperature and 60% humidity. Any deviation to above may reduce the lifespan and affect the print quality. Under normal sunlight exposure, lifespan can be reduced to less than 10 years.
